TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 17/09/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders placed through Real Estate Reels.
Real Estate Reels (“RER”) is operated by:
Viewz BV
Diestersteenweg 62

Belgium
VAT number: BE 0540.944.947
E-mail: info@real-estate-reels.com
By placing an order through the RER website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“RER” means Real Estate Reels, a service operated by Viewz BV.
“Customer” means any natural or legal person placing an order through RER.
“Business Customer” means a Customer acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
“Customer Materials” means all renders, images, photographs, logos, texts, fonts, branding elements and other files or information supplied by the Customer.
“Final Video” means the final exported video delivered by RER following production.
“Template” or “Video Style” means a predefined RER video concept containing creative, technical and structural characteristics such as editing, pacing, animation, camera movement, titles, transitions and visual effects.
“Preview & Review” means an optional paid service allowing the Customer to review certain elements of the video before final production, as further described below.
2. Scope and applicability
These Terms apply to all products and services ordered through the RER website, regardless of the Customer’s country of residence or establishment.
RER is operated from Belgium and its services are offered internationally.
RER is primarily intended for professional and commercial use by businesses and real-estate professionals, including but not limited to real-estate developers, real-estate agencies, brokers, architects, visualisation studios, marketing agencies and other professional parties.
These Terms apply to every order unless RER expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Any terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded unless expressly accepted in writing by RER.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
3. Ordering process and conclusion of the agreement
The Customer creates an order by configuring a video through the RER online configurator.
Depending on the selected product or Video Style, the Customer may be asked to select or provide:
a Video Style or Template;
renders, images or other visual materials;
titles and text;
colours;
fonts or typography;
music or music style;
video duration;
output format or formats;
and optional add-ons.
Before completing the order, the Customer is responsible for checking the entire configuration and all submitted information.
The agreement between RER and the Customer is concluded when the Customer completes the checkout process, accepts these Terms & Conditions and successfully submits payment.
RER reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where the submitted materials are unlawful, technically unusable, infringe third-party rights, contain prohibited content or cannot reasonably be processed using the selected RER service.
If RER cancels an order for technical or operational reasons before production can be provided, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be refunded.
4. Prices, VAT and taxes
All prices displayed on the RER website are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
RER is primarily intended for Business Customers.
Applicable VAT or other taxes may be calculated during checkout based on the Customer’s location, billing information, business status, VAT or tax identification number and applicable tax legislation.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, company and tax information.
Where applicable, the Customer must provide a valid VAT number or other tax identification number.
Any local taxes, sales taxes, GST, duties, withholding taxes or similar governmental charges that are not collected by RER during checkout remain the responsibility of the Customer where required by applicable law.
Any currency conversion charges, bank fees or payment-provider charges imposed on the Customer are borne by the Customer.
5. Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, full payment is required before production begins.
An order is not considered ready for production until:
payment has been successfully completed;
all required Customer Materials have been provided;
the configuration has been completed; and
RER has received all information reasonably required to perform the order.
Additional services or changes falling outside the original order may be charged separately.
6. Description of the RER service
RER produces professional real-estate videos based on predefined Video Styles and Templates.
The Customer selects the desired style and provides the required materials and configuration through the RER website.
RER subsequently produces the Final Video based on:
the selected Video Style or Template;
the Customer Materials;
the configuration submitted by the Customer; and
the predefined creative and technical characteristics of the selected style.
Depending on the selected style, production may involve editing, motion design, visual effects, artificial intelligence, image generation, image animation, reframing, colour processing and other audiovisual production techniques.
The Final Video is therefore a professionally produced audiovisual work and not merely an automated export of the Customer Materials.
7. Customer configuration and responsibility
The Customer is responsible for carefully checking all information and materials submitted through the configurator before placing the order.
This includes, without limitation:
spelling;
grammar;
titles;
project names;
addresses;
property information;
prices or commercial information;
uploaded renders;
image selection;
shot selection;
logos;
colours;
fonts;
video formats;
and any other configuration choices.
RER may rely on the information submitted by the Customer without independently verifying its accuracy.
Errors originating from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information submitted by the Customer do not constitute an error or defect attributable to RER.
The Customer remains responsible for verifying that all factual statements contained in the Final Video accurately represent the relevant property, development or project.
8. Standard Orders – no review or revisions included
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, a standard RER order does not include a preview, review round or revision round.
RER will produce the Final Video directly based on the configuration and Customer Materials submitted when placing the order.
The Customer therefore acknowledges that the configuration submitted during checkout forms the production instructions for RER.
Changes of preference after production has started are not included in the price.
This includes requests to:
change titles;
replace renders;
change shot selection;
change colours;
change fonts;
select different music;
change the selected Video Style;
or otherwise modify information correctly processed according to the original order.
RER may, at its discretion, offer such changes as an additional paid service.
9. Preview & Review add-on
Where available, the Customer may purchase the optional Preview & Review add-on.
With this option, RER first creates a preview version of the video before final production.
The preview may include:
the Customer’s static renders;
titles;
selected music;
shot selection;
shot order;
timing;
and the general structure of the selected Video Style.
At this stage, the renders have not yet undergone the final AI animation and/or other final production treatment.
The purpose of the preview is to allow the Customer to verify the content and structure before RER performs the final production.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Preview & Review includes one review round.
During this review round, the Customer may request:
adjustments to titles;
changes to the order or selection of shots; and
replacement of up to two uploaded renders.
The review does not include:
changing to another Video Style or Template;
redesigning the Template;
changing the fundamental structure of the video;
changing the video duration;
requesting custom animation outside the selected Video Style;
replacing more than two renders;
or additional review rounds.
Requests outside this scope may be refused or quoted separately.
Once the Customer has approved the preview or submitted their review feedback, RER proceeds with final production.
After final production has started, further changes are not included in the Preview & Review add-on.
10. Changes after submission
Once an order has been submitted, RER may begin processing and production immediately.
RER cannot guarantee that Customer Materials, titles, configuration settings or other elements can still be changed after submission.
Where technically and operationally possible, RER may accept changes requested after submission.
Such changes may result in additional charges and/or an extended delivery time.
If production has already progressed to a stage where the requested change requires work to be repeated, RER may charge for that additional work.
11. Video Styles, Templates and creative interpretation
RER Video Styles and Templates contain predefined creative and technical characteristics.
These may include:
pacing;
editing;
transitions;
animation;
camera movement;
visual effects;
title placement;
typography;
timing;
shot duration;
image treatment;
and overall visual style.
By selecting a Video Style, the Customer authorises RER to apply these characteristics to the Customer Materials.
Examples displayed on the RER website are intended to demonstrate the general appearance and characteristics of a Video Style.
They do not constitute a guarantee that every Final Video will look identical.
The result necessarily varies depending on the architecture, composition, lighting, colours, resolution, aspect ratio and other characteristics of the Customer Materials.
RER may make reasonable creative and technical decisions necessary to make the Customer Materials work within the selected Video Style and to achieve a professional audiovisual result.
12. AI-generated and animated content
Certain RER Video Styles use artificial intelligence or other image-processing technologies to animate static architectural renders or images.
The Customer acknowledges that AI-generated movement and image generation are interpretative by nature.
The transformation of a static render into moving footage may therefore produce minor visual variations, generated details, movement or differences that were not present in the original static image.
RER will use reasonable professional efforts to create a visually coherent result consistent with the supplied materials and selected Video Style.
However, RER cannot guarantee that every generated frame will reproduce every architectural, structural, material or visual detail of the original render with absolute precision.
Minor visual deviations inherent to AI generation or animation do not in themselves constitute a defect in the Final Video.
The Customer remains responsible for determining whether the Final Video is sufficiently accurate for the Customer’s intended commercial use.
RER does not guarantee that AI-generated imagery may be relied upon as an exact architectural, technical or construction representation of a project.
13. Requirements for Customer Materials
Customer Materials must be supplied in the formats and technical specifications indicated by RER.
The quality of the Final Video depends partly on the quality of the materials supplied by the Customer.
RER is not responsible for limitations in the Final Video resulting from:
low-resolution source materials;
excessive image compression;
incorrect aspect ratios;
corrupted files;
poor-quality renders;
missing visual information;
or other technical limitations inherent to the Customer Materials.
RER may request replacement materials where submitted files are technically unusable.
Such requests may extend the delivery period.
14. Ownership and rights relating to Customer Materials
All renders, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, texts, designs, fonts, branding elements and other materials uploaded, submitted or otherwise provided by the Customer (“Customer Materials”) remain the property of the Customer or their respective rights holders.
RER does not acquire ownership of the Customer Materials.
The Customer grants RER a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit, animate, modify, process and technically adapt the Customer Materials solely to the extent reasonably necessary to perform and deliver the ordered services.
RER acts solely as a production service provider with regard to Customer Materials.
RER does not independently verify ownership, copyright, licence conditions or other intellectual property rights relating to materials supplied by the Customer.
By submitting Customer Materials, the Customer represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all rights, licences, permissions and consents required:
to submit the Customer Materials to RER;
to allow RER to process and modify them for the purpose of producing the ordered video; and
to use the resulting Final Video for the Customer’s intended purposes.
This includes, where applicable, permissions from architects, visualisation studios, photographers, designers, agencies, property owners, trademark owners and other relevant rights holders.
The Customer is solely responsible for claims arising from Customer Materials for which the necessary rights or permissions were not obtained.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer shall indemnify and hold Viewz BV and RER harmless against third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from an infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights caused by Customer Materials supplied by the Customer.
15. Logos, branding and custom fonts
Where the Customer uploads logos, trademarks, branding materials or fonts, the Customer warrants that they are authorised to use those materials and to have them incorporated into the Final Video.
Where a custom-font option is purchased, the Customer is responsible for supplying the requested font files in the required format.
The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that their font licence permits use of the font in audiovisual and commercial content.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, RER does not purchase or verify font licences on behalf of the Customer.
16. Music
RER may include music in the Final Video as part of the selected Video Style or music selection.
Where music is provided by RER, its use may be subject to the licence terms of the relevant music provider.
The Customer receives the right to use the music only as incorporated into the Final Video and within the scope permitted by the applicable music licence.
The Customer does not acquire ownership of the music or any separate right to extract, redistribute, resell or otherwise use the music independently from the Final Video.
RER cannot guarantee that third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or other platforms will never automatically identify, flag, restrict or mute licensed music.
Automated action by a third-party platform does not in itself establish that the music has been used unlawfully or that the Final Video is defective.
Where the Customer provides their own music, the Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all required licences and permissions.
17. Delivery times
Unless otherwise indicated, RER aims to deliver standard orders within the estimated turnaround time displayed on the website.
The standard target turnaround may, for example, be communicated as 1–2 business days.
Any delivery time stated by RER is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline unless RER expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The delivery period starts only once:
payment has been received;
the order configuration is complete;
all required Customer Materials have been received; and
RER has all information reasonably necessary to begin production.
For orders including Preview & Review, any time during which RER is waiting for Customer feedback does not count towards the production turnaround.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Belgian public holidays.
Delivery times may be extended due to unusually high order volumes, technical issues, AI-processing delays, third-party service interruptions, incomplete Customer Materials or circumstances outside RER’s reasonable control.
18. Final deliverables
The Customer receives the Final Video in the format or formats included in the purchased product.
Only the deliverables expressly included in the order are included in the purchase price.
The Customer is responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files.
RER is not required to retain Final Videos, Customer Materials, project files or production materials indefinitely.
RER may delete such materials after a reasonable retention period.
19. Corrections versus revisions
A distinction is made between a correction and a revision.
A correction concerns a situation where RER has failed to execute the confirmed Customer configuration correctly.
Examples may include:
a title entered correctly by the Customer but reproduced incorrectly by RER;
an incorrect export format;
a Customer Material correctly submitted but accidentally omitted;
or another demonstrable production error attributable to RER.
Where RER confirms such an error, RER will correct it within a reasonable period without additional charge.
A revision is a change to a correctly executed order based on a new preference, instruction or Customer correction after submission.
Examples include:
correcting a spelling error originally submitted by the Customer;
replacing a render;
changing a title;
changing music;
changing a colour;
changing shot order;
or selecting another creative option.
Revisions are not included in a standard order unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in this Article limits mandatory statutory conformity rights that may apply to consumers.
20. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Because RER videos are produced specifically according to the Customer’s configuration and Customer Materials, production may begin shortly after the order is submitted.
For Business Customers, an order is final once payment has been completed and production has begun.
A Business Customer is not entitled to cancel an order or request a refund merely because they:
change their mind;
no longer require the video;
submitted incorrect information;
uploaded incorrect Customer Materials;
selected the wrong Video Style;
or wish to make changes after production has started.
Where RER is unable to perform an order for reasons attributable to RER and cannot reasonably provide an alternative solution, RER will refund the amount paid for the affected service.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Where legally permitted, a consumer may expressly request that RER begins performance immediately and acknowledge that beginning performance or supply of digital content may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
Any additional consent or acknowledgement legally required for this purpose may be obtained separately during checkout and confirmed to the Customer on a durable medium.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right of withdrawal, refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
21. RER intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to RER’s own materials, technology, creative systems and production methods remain the exclusive property of Viewz BV and/or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
RER Templates;
Video Styles;
editing structures;
animation systems;
motion-design elements;
graphic elements;
software;
workflows;
After Effects projects;
source files;
AI workflows;
prompts;
production techniques;
processes;
designs;
concepts;
technical configurations;
and know-how.
Purchase of a Final Video does not transfer ownership of these underlying materials or intellectual property rights.
22. Customer rights to the Final Video
Upon full payment, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide and unlimited-duration right to use the delivered Final Video for the Customer’s own commercial and promotional purposes.
This includes use on:
websites;
social media;
Meta platforms;
Instagram;
Facebook;
TikTok;
YouTube;
LinkedIn;
online advertising;
digital advertising campaigns;
sales presentations;
digital displays;
property listings;
and other commercial marketing communications.
These usage rights remain subject to any applicable third-party licence restrictions, including those relating to music, fonts or other licensed elements.
The Customer may provide the Final Video to media agencies, advertising agencies, social-media managers or other service providers solely for the purpose of marketing or promoting the Customer or the relevant real-estate project on the Customer’s behalf.
The Customer may not independently extract, reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit RER’s underlying Templates, source files, production methods or proprietary elements.
23. Source files and production materials
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Customer purchases the Final Video and not the underlying production materials.
The following are therefore not included:
project files;
After Effects files;
editable animation files;
source files;
working files;
AI-generation files;
prompts;
intermediate renders;
test generations;
unused AI outputs;
Template files;
or other internal production materials.
RER is not required to supply or retain these materials.
24. Portfolio and promotional use
Unless the Customer expressly requests otherwise in writing, RER may use the Final Video or excerpts thereof to demonstrate its services in its portfolio, website, social-media channels, advertising, sales presentations and other promotional communications.
Such use does not transfer ownership of the Customer’s underlying real-estate project, architecture, renders, branding or Customer Materials to RER.
Where a project is confidential or has not yet been publicly announced, the Customer must inform RER before production begins if the Final Video may not be publicly displayed.
RER will reasonably respect such confidentiality requests.
25. Third-party platforms
RER videos may be created and formatted for use on third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or other advertising and social-media platforms.
These platforms are independent third parties and are not controlled by RER.
RER therefore does not guarantee:
acceptance of a video or advertisement by a platform;
continued compatibility with future platform requirements;
advertising approval;
organic reach;
paid reach;
impressions;
engagement;
or continued availability of a particular platform feature.
Platform specifications and policies may change after delivery of the Final Video.
The Customer remains responsible for complying with the rules, advertising policies and legal requirements applicable to the channels on which the Final Video is used.
26. No performance guarantee
RER provides audiovisual production services and does not guarantee any particular commercial, marketing or advertising result.
RER does not guarantee any specific number of:
views;
impressions;
clicks;
leads;
enquiries;
reservations;
sales;
property transactions;
conversions;
or other business results.
The performance of marketing content depends on numerous factors outside RER’s control, including the property, project, pricing, offer, advertising strategy, target audience, media budget, market conditions and third-party platform algorithms.
27. Customer compliance and representations
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Final Video and the information contained in it may legally be used for the Customer’s intended purpose and in the Customer’s target markets.
RER does not independently verify:
property claims;
sales prices;
availability;
completion dates;
tax claims;
investment claims;
expected returns;
permits;
architectural specifications;
legal disclaimers;
or other factual or regulatory statements supplied by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any legally required notices, disclaimers or qualifications are included in the information submitted to RER.
28. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total contractual liability of Viewz BV and RER arising from a specific order is limited to the total amount actually paid by the Customer for that specific order.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, including:
loss of profit;
loss of revenue;
loss of business opportunities;
loss of anticipated savings;
reputational damage;
loss resulting from delayed publication;
or losses resulting from advertising or platform performance.
RER shall not be liable for damage, claims or losses resulting from:
incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Customer;
Customer Materials supplied without the required rights;
inaccurate representations contained in Customer Materials;
Customer instructions;
Customer modifications after delivery;
use of the Final Video outside the permitted scope;
third-party platforms;
third-party software;
or circumstances outside RER’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
29. Third-party claims and indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer shall indemnify Viewz BV and RER against third-party claims resulting from:
Customer Materials;
infringement of intellectual property rights by Customer Materials;
unauthorised use of logos, fonts, music, photographs or renders supplied by the Customer;
inaccurate information supplied by the Customer;
unlawful or misleading claims requested by the Customer;
or use of the Final Video by the Customer in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
This indemnification does not apply to the extent that a claim is directly caused by RER’s own intentional misconduct or infringement.
30. Third-party technology and AI services
RER may use third-party software, hosting, cloud services, file-transfer systems, artificial-intelligence tools, rendering infrastructure, payment processors and other technical service providers to perform its services.
RER may select, replace or update these providers where reasonably necessary for the operation of the service.
RER cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Temporary outages, processing delays or technical limitations affecting such services may extend production or delivery times.
31. Force majeure
RER shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
power failures;
internet outages;
cloud-service outages;
AI-service outages;
rendering infrastructure failures;
cyber incidents;
failures of third-party suppliers;
strikes;
governmental measures;
war;
civil unrest;
natural disasters;
epidemics or pandemics;
or other events of force majeure.
Where reasonably possible, RER will resume performance once the relevant circumstances have ended.
If performance becomes permanently impossible, RER may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid for services that cannot be provided.
32. Privacy and data processing
RER processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Customer Materials and order information may be processed using third-party services reasonably necessary for:
file storage;
file transfer;
video production;
AI processing;
rendering;
payment processing;
order management;
communication;
and delivery.
Further information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the RER Privacy Policy.
33. Communication
Communication relating to an order may take place electronically, including by e-mail and through the RER website or order system.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address and accurate contact information.
Electronic notices and order communications sent to the contact details provided by the Customer are considered valid communications.
34. Amendments to these Terms
RER may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes apply to future orders from the date on which the updated Terms are published.
The Terms applicable to an existing order are those accepted by the Customer when that order was placed, unless a change is required by mandatory law or expressly agreed between the parties.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
To the extent legally possible, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
36. No waiver
Failure by RER to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of RER’s right to enforce it at a later time.
37. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Customer’s confirmed order and any policies or specifications expressly incorporated into the order, constitute the agreement between RER and the Customer regarding the ordered services.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an expressly agreed written provision specific to an individual order, the expressly agreed provision takes precedence for that order.
38. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and all agreements entered into with RER are governed by Belgian law.
For Business Customers, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Viewz BV in Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the agreement, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer, the choice of Belgian law and jurisdiction does not deprive the Customer of mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that mandatory law shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict, without affecting the remaining provisions.
